Take 417 west, past Kanata and Scotiabank Place. Take exit # 145 onto Highway 7, Carleton Place/Toronto. Stay on Highway 7 for approximately 20 minutes and turn right at the fifth (5th) set of lights along the highway at Franktown Road, Carleton Place Business Section. Continue on Franktown Road until the third set of lights. (Tim Hortons on the left) Turn left at that third set of lights onto Lake Avenue West. Sinders is the second house on the left, 10 Lake Avenue West. There is a large sign on the front lawn with plenty of parking along the side.
